Noel grew up in Halifax and attended Saint Mary's University where he obtained a double major in Psychology and Philosophy, graduating with great distinction., followed by his law degree at Dalhousie University.
After graduation, Noel articled for a member of the criminal bar in Halifax and finished his articling at the general law firm, Cragg Law where he worked for a number of years before opening Fellows Law.
Noel has enjoyed a general law practice, in the areas of criminal, wills and estates, family law, property law, with a focus on personal injury.
